Viewing party? It’s a livestream event to watch TEDxBinnenhof!
Any official location where you can watch the high SD quality livestream of the TEDxBinnenhof programme brought to you from the Ridderzaal in The Hague is what we refer to as a viewing party. TEDxBinnenhof will be streamed live from the beginning until the end at 17.00 to various alternate locations throughout the Netherlands and Dutch embassies around the world.

We’re encouraging individuals, groups, and organizations to host viewing parties of TEDxBinnenhof. Hosting a viewing party is your opportunity to rally your community and start conversations on innovation, applying the talks to your local eco system. All you need is an Internet connection, a screen and chairs, then you can start inviting guests, colleagues, …!

At http://tedxbinnenhof.com/live/ you can test your Internet connection. The stream will start automatically. You will see our promotion movie “Made in Holland” (this movie is of somewhat lesser quality than the TEDxBinnenhof live stream will be). If you see a smooth picture and hear music in the background your test is successful. Because the stream is adaptive it will adapt to your available connection speed.

Viewing Party Rules
TEDx has strict guidelines for official viewing parties. TEDxBinnenhof viewing parties must adhere to the rules below:

• Viewing parties must be held in a non-commercial venue, such as a home, school or community center.
• Parties must be free of charge to an audience of up to 100 people.
• TEDx approves viewing parties of more than 100 people on a case-by-case basis. If you think your party will attract a crowd larger than 100 guests, contact us and we’ll send TEDx an inquiry.
